Terms governing access to the CommandSphere platform.

Please read these terms carefully before accessing CommandSphere simulation environments or services.

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the CommandSphere platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are accessing CommandSphere on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Enterprise clients are governed by the terms of their enterprise agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where applicable.

2. Platform access

Access to CommandSphere simulation environments is granted through configured portal pathways or enterprise deployment agreements. Unauthorized access to simulation environments, portal systems, or administrative interfaces is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

3. Permitted use

CommandSphere is licensed for executive simulation, leadership development, and enterprise readiness purposes as described in the applicable engagement agreement. The platform, simulation content, scenarios, and preparedness frameworks are proprietary to CommandSphere and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written authorization.

4. Intellectual property

All simulation content, scenario designs, preparedness frameworks, platform interfaces, and related materials are the intellectual property of CommandSphere. No ownership of CommandSphere intellectual property is transferred through any engagement or license agreement. Client-generated session data and organizational outputs remain the property of the enterprise client.

5. Confidentiality

Simulation content, scenario structures, and platform design elements are confidential to CommandSphere. Participants and enterprise clients agree not to disclose, publish, or share simulation content in ways that would compromise the integrity of the simulation environment for other participants or organizations.

6. Limitation of liability

CommandSphere provides simulation environments for educational and preparedness purposes. The platform does not constitute professional advice — financial, legal, security, governance, or otherwise. CommandSphere is not liable for organizational decisions made based on simulation outputs or preparedness assessments. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Availability and modifications

CommandSphere reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend platform access for maintenance, security, or product improvement purposes. Material changes to the platform affecting enterprise engagements will be communicated with reasonable notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. Enterprise agreements specify governing jurisdiction. For queries about these terms, please contact the CommandSphere team.
