CommandSphere is designed to be accessible to all users.

We are committed to ensuring that the CommandSphere platform meets the accessibility needs of enterprise participants, facilitators, and administrators.

Our accessibility commitment

CommandSphere is committed to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards across the full platform. Simulation interfaces, navigation, reporting outputs, and enterprise administrative tools are designed to be usable by participants with a wide range of accessibility requirements.

We conduct regular accessibility reviews as part of our development process and work to address identified issues promptly. We view accessibility not as a compliance checkbox but as a fundamental quality standard for a platform deployed at the enterprise level.

Accessibility commitments

WCAG 2.1 AA Standards

The CommandSphere platform and website target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all primary user journeys and simulation interfaces.

Keyboard Navigation

All platform features, simulation environments, and administrative interfaces are operable via keyboard navigation without reliance on pointer devices.

Screen Reader Compatibility

Simulation interfaces and platform content are structured for compatibility with commonly used screen reader technologies.

Contrast and Readability

Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements across all text content, interactive elements, and data visualizations.

Text Resizing

Platform content remains usable when text is resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Focus Management

Focus indicators are visible and consistent throughout the platform. Modal dialogs and dynamic content changes are managed to maintain logical focus order.

Enterprise accessibility configuration

Enterprise administrators can configure accessibility settings at the tenant level to support the specific needs of their participant populations. Available configurations include:

  • Custom contrast and display settings at the tenant level
  • Keyboard navigation mode configuration
  • Text size preference persistence across sessions
  • Accessible reporting output formats
  • Facilitated session accommodations for participants with specific requirements

Report an accessibility issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the CommandSphere platform or website that is preventing you from using any feature, please contact our team. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

We aim to respond to all accessibility queries within 5 business days.

Known limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some third-party components embedded within simulation environments may have residual accessibility limitations that we are actively working to address. Enterprise clients with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to raise these during the scoping process so that we can assess and accommodate where possible.
